Pumpkins and Mushrooms

On Sunday, the kids and I headed to the pumpkin patch. The weather forecast is predicting rain into the unforeseeable future, so I figured we would seize the day, brave the crowds, and get some pumpkins. The weather was perfect, the kids had fun, and we got our autumn on.
Afterwards, we stopped by the Oregon Mycological Society's annual mushroom show. The kids wanted to do a drive-by viewing of most of the specimens, while I could have wandered around for much longer, but I was pretty excited that they wanted to go to begin with.

  3. Taryn, What darling photos of your children! I think your daughter's vest may be the same pattern as the purple one you saw on my blog - the pickles plain vest? So cute! And the mushrooms are cool!

  5. What a fun day! I remember going to the pumpkin patch with my daughters and their little ones a few years back (when they all lived nearby). It was a fun and memorable day. Hope your week goes well! I am back online now after a bit of a break to get my son off. Will be back to visit again soon!
