Yarning Along
Happy almost-Halloween Yarn Along! Joining with Ginny of Small Things today....
I am currently knitting a plain tunic that I started last week using yarn I got at Flock and Fiber. I am loving how the colors look, even though the yarn isn't super soft.
I borrowed a copy of Sometimes A Great Notion from my good friend Heidi, so now I can start back up reading it (I had borrowed and kept renewing a copy from the library, but it finally had to go back). So after a week break from reading it, I am heading back for more. It's slow going, but good.
What are you reading? What are you knitting? Pin It Now!

love the colors! I bet that yarn softens up once it's soaked, that is what usually happens.
ReplyDeleteI hope so!!
DeleteThose colors are gorgeous! I love that plain tunic pattern and keep meaning to knit one up but haven't yet. I have a hard time finishing library books before they have to go back and strangely always feel a little like a failure if they go back unfinished, haha!
ReplyDeleteThose colors look so fun. I hate it when I have to send a library book back before I'm done reading it...I never can seem to remember to pick them back up again.
ReplyDeletelove those colors. I hope it softens up.
ReplyDeletethat tunic will look great in that yarn. i just finished up the pickles plain sweater vest. love their patterns.
ReplyDeleteGreat colors in that yarn. Maybe after a good soaking it might soften up a bit.
ReplyDeletePlain stockinette is always more enjoyable with colorful yarn. :)
ReplyDeleteOkay I love those colours, love them!
ReplyDeleteThe tunic name might be plain but yours isn't going to be with that beautiful yarn :)
ReplyDeleteThe colours do look lovely together.
