Gratitude Sunday

This week I have felt so grateful for my kids and for the time I have had to spend with them this summer.  Honestly, at the beginning of summer, I was a little bit worried about the fact that I wasn't working, and that there was no school to send my kids to. I was worried about being with them all day, every day- worried that they would fight with each other, drive me crazy, or a lot of both. But they have been great.
Finn is an amazing kid and such a great big brother. He has been reading Phoebe chapter books on a daily basis. They have created art and invented games. We have gone on (lots of) adventures and they have been (mostly) well behaved. I have been having so much fun with them that I am feeling sad that we are in our final weeks of summer.

What have you felt grateful for this week?

  2. The end of summer is always a bit bitter/sweet. You have all had a great summer, though and now it is time to go forward into fall. So much to be grateful for!
