Gratitude Sunday

This week I have felt so grateful for my kids and for the time I have had to spend with them this summer.  Honestly, at the beginning of summer, I was a little bit worried about the fact that I wasn't working, and that there was no school to send my kids to. I was worried about being with them all day, every day- worried that they would fight with each other, drive me crazy, or a lot of both. But they have been great.
Finn is an amazing kid and such a great big brother. He has been reading Phoebe chapter books on a daily basis. They have created art and invented games. We have gone on (lots of) adventures and they have been (mostly) well behaved. I have been having so much fun with them that I am feeling sad that we are in our final weeks of summer.

What have you felt grateful for this week?

Joining in with the other Taryn of Wooly Moss Roots for a Gratitude Sunday post. Pin It Now!

  1. I am so happy for you, it sounds like it has been a wonderful summer so far. Enjoy the last few weeks.

  2. The end of summer is always a bit bitter/sweet. You have all had a great summer, though and now it is time to go forward into fall. So much to be grateful for!

  3. love this gratitude, sometimes we what we worry about never comes true :) I am grateful that one move is done (somewhat) and I'm grateful for my copious list making skills that gets stuff done :)
