This Moment: My Budding Entemologist
{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo- no words - capturing a
moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A
moment I want to pause, savor and remember. Inspired by Soulemama.
This reminds me of playing with insects when I was little. I had a little playmate who loved catching bugs. (He actually grew up to be an entemologist). We would spend many childhood hours out in the backyards searching for and catching bugs. As a result of that, I believe, I have never been squeemish at all around most insects that freak some other people out. The exceptions are that I don't much care for cockroaches or scorpions. Great picture. I love that your daughter is learning to respect and be gentle with all living things. Have a great weekend.
