The thing that always helps me in this situation is just getting outside. If things are getting ugly inside (and yes we ALL have those days!) we step out for fresh air. Change of scenery fixes it. It's a mood changer. If it's raining, just throw on the boots and let 'em go anyway! Everyone comes back feeling better. I wish I had some words of wisdom but seeing as I'm in a similar spot, all I can say is I'm right there with you. **Hugs**Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12609156261526292680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2504357668435859997.post-37697360841008005392011-09-22T20:57:37.148-07:002011-09-22T20:57:37.148-07:00Thanks ladies....Thanks ladies....Mama Gone Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15591925279586183540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2504357668435859997.post-86152080350742946412011-09-22T20:35:26.580-07:002011-09-22T20:35:26.580-07:00I lose my shit all the time- I work hard at forgiv...I lose my shit all the time- I work hard at forgiving myself- I always apologize and like with your walk I try and remind myself that hungry kids or tired kids make cranky kids-
As they get older it's a whole other kettle of fish- now I have to deal with talking back from my oldest and I find myself saying so often- if I talked to my parents like that they would have killed me… so where does he get it?!
This too shall pass- don't feel rotten- you're a good mama and raising good kids is just a matter of making them self sufficient so they can pay for their own therapy!Ren- Lady Of The Artshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14440340751455712080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2504357668435859997.post-34649881609064997762011-09-22T20:31:24.828-07:002011-09-22T20:31:24.828-07:00Of course the kiddos will forgive you. Take a deep breath and remember that today was bad, but now it's over and you never have to live this day again.
